Where Each Question Belongs

Use the following division so an official office receives a question it can answer:

  • Whether a District Court warrant exists: Bryan County Court Clerk, OSCN, and then the sheriff for service or custody.
  • A city traffic or ordinance warrant: the municipal clerk for that city.
  • A records request held by the sheriff: the Sheriff Records Division form, with a specific description and time range.
  • A federal matter: the Eastern District of Oklahoma or U.S. Marshals, not the county clerk.

The sheriff's public site did not provide a complete active-warrant lookup located in the review.
